It is housed in the ground floor of the Town Hall of Pythagorio, a building of the 1920 decade. Its collection consists of objects of the settlement's region like archaic columns, sculptures and ceramics ranging from the 9th to the 2nd century B.C. The items that stand out are the sitting statue of the father of Polykratis, tyrant of Samos, and a temple-like monumental sarcophagus.
